Cochrane Castle Golf Club are fully compliant with the requirements of Scottish Golf to ensure the protection of vulnerable groups.  The following documents have been submitted and approved by SG:

• Responding to Concerns Procedure
• Code of Conduct for Coaches & Volunteers
• Code of Conduct for Juniors ( including Vulnerable Groups)
• Consent Form

These procedures and policies and documents are to ensure that Cochrane Castle Golf Club is a safe environment for all and can be viewed and downloaded where required by tapping each.

In terms of Safeguarding, note the following:

• Joseph O'Neil (Secretary) - secretary@cochranecastle.com is the Club Safeguarding Officer and has completed the required Child Wellbeing and Protection in Sport (CWPS) course and certified as such.  The Certificate of Completion is available to view here. 
• Tom Goldie (General Committee) - tom.goldie@talktalk.net, has also completed the required CWPS course and certified as such.  The Certificate of Completion is available to view here.
